Week 26

This week I am most proud of the fact that I managed to get a photo each day - even if two of them were out of my window at work!

Hoping there will be some more opportunities with school holidays next week.

Week 25

Hooray for the shortest day of the year - it's finally going to start getting lighter at night!!

I had some fun this week playing with a few different things including the rose photo which was taken late at night with the car lights shining on it to illuminate it..

Week 24

Still struggling to find enough daylight hours during the week but making up for it in the weekend I hope.

I have also been thinking about the photo's that don't make it up on this blog which more accurately reflect the title of the blog so have posted a few of one of our amazing adventures from last weekend here.

An amazing adventure....

Sometimes I forget that the title of the blog was designed to reflect the purpose of this blog which was not only to take good photo's but also to chronicle the amazing adventures we get up to....

Last Sunday we decided to go up to Whangarei for the day which while not the most glamorous of holiday destinations it was heaps of fun and certainly an adventure..

We saw an amazing waterfall, went flying through a forest on a flying fox, balanced on wobbly bridges and played at a whole new park.  That's a pretty amazing adventure in our world and while they may not be the best photo's they are a little glimpse of our adventure...

Week 23

Another busy week with not much time for photo's out side of the weekend.  We did have a good time over the long weekend and got loads of photo's but I am being very restrained and sticking to the one photo per day...

Week 22

Another busy week and I am really feeling the impact of shorter day with the sun well and truly gone down by the time we get home most days.

I have been making the most of the morning sun and grabbing opportunities where they pop up - dropping my eldest daughter at Grandma's in the morning, playing Sylvanian's with the girls and bath time.
